Never lose the audits you paid for. If you do not exhaust all your scan quota in a month, your unused scans automatically roll over into the next month for up to 60 days, up to a maximum cap of 2x your monthly tier quota (e.g., up to 600 scans on Agency Scale). Banked scans remain active as long as your subscription stays active, and are spent first (FIFO) on future scans.
Each month, your account quota resets with your plan’s included scans (20 scans for Starter, 65 for Agency Starter, 150 for Agency Pro, and 300 for Agency Scale). You can run scans across any domain you own or manage.
Yes! You can unlock individual scans anytime at our discounted tier rate or the $1.49 base single report rate, without needing to upgrade your overall plan.
Annual plans receive an instant 20% discount compared to paying monthly. You are billed once per year, locking in your maximum per-scan savings (saving up to 74% vs our single scan base rate).
Agency Starter, Agency Pro, and Agency Scale plans allow you to replace BugViso branding with your own agency logo, company name, brand color accents, and custom header notes on downloadable PDF reports and shared audit links. The Starter plan includes standard BugViso-branded PDF exports.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Merchant of Record reseller, Paddle.com.
We offer a full refund on new subscription plans if you contact us at support@bugviso.com within 2 days (48 hours) of your initial purchase and your account has scanned fewer than 3 unique domains. Accounts with 3 or more scanned domains or requests made after 48 hours are non-refundable, though you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
